Saë́w Báer Ni̋ēkēä (/bɔ̂ː/ /beɪ̯́ɜː/ [rude; crude; nasty; vulgar] [present (time)]) is a subtropical Large City located in the Ǐērḗē Region of the Goblin Tribes.
The name Saë́w Báer Ni̋ēkēä is derived from the Goblin language, as Saë́w Báer Ni̋ēkēä was founded by Tsëî Zêlë Khêlîm, who was culturaly Goblin.
Climate
Saë́w Báer Ni̋ēkēä has a yearly average temperature of 13°C (55°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a freezing -1°C (31°F). Saë́w Báer Ni̋ēkēä receives an average of 220 cm/y (86 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Overview
Saë́w Báer Ni̋ēkēä was founded durring the late 13th century in spring of the year 1173, by Tsëî Zêlë Khêlîm. The establishment of Saë́w Báer Ni̋ēkēä was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Tsëî Zêlë Khêlîm struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Saë́w Báer Ni̋ēkēä as a prison colony.
Saë́w Báer Ni̋ēkēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Saë́w Báer Ni̋ēkēä is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Saë́w Báer Ni̋ēkēä is is constructed arround a semi-circular restrictive packed earth mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The city resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. Unfortuantly, these robustly designed timber walls are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

Cultural Notes
Saë́w Báer Ni̋ēkēä's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is famous for its stately symmetry, classical elements, and grand appearance. Columns and pillars, such as Corinthian columns, are often seen supporting open structures or porticos. Symmetry is an important feature of this style, with each half of a building mirroring the other. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.
The Venomroach near Saë́w Báer Ni̋ēkēä are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
